All orders that are received online are processed at the end of the working day, and are picked and packed for dispatch normally within 24 hours. This may take longer over public holidays or in the event of the distribution center being busy over a seasonal period, we aim however to ensure that the orders are shipped out in a maximum period of 2 working days. 

Shipping methods   

  • Express 2-3 days by courier
  • Regular - 5 -7 days by courier
  • Postal Service - 7 -10 days

 Although our goal is to get your order to you as soon as possible , in some cases the courier companies that we collaborate with, may not have an representative office in your town or city. In these cases we are compelled to use an alternative service provider or the local postal service. In all circumstances we ensure that our customers are kept well informed on the status of their order, through the various stages of the process.
